What is the Which? digital store?

How do I download a report?

It's easy. You choose the report(s) you want to buy. Add them to your shopping basket and pay by card or Paypal. You'll be sent a confirmation email which gives you a link to download your reports. You can read the report (it's a PDF file), save it to view later or print it out.

What's a PDF?

It's just the name for a type of electronic document. You download the PDF to your computer (it takes just a few seconds) and they it's yours to keep. You need some software to open the PDF. Most computers come with it already - if yours doesn't, you can download it for free at www.adobe.com.

What's with the car reports?

You can buy reports on individual cars from just 99p each, featuring expert reviews plus owners' views from the UK's biggest car survey. You can buy them in bundles by class as well as individually.

What's with the Good Food Guide downloads?

You can buy the Good Food Guide as a series of downloads either by county e.g. London or Befordshire these start at 99p or you can buy a selection of Guide downloads by region e.g. South East or East Anglia.
